METHOD OF DELIVERY
Domestic shipments may be made via USPS Flat Rate, FedEx, or UPS. Maui Tropical Soaps normally ships all orders using UPS flat rate unless over night shipping is selected. When selecting over night shipping a similar service such as FED EX may be substituted.
WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT DELIVERY?
Orders are shipped next business day if all items are in stock. Products listed on the website are nearly always in stock unless indicated. You may call to confirm product availability, shipping information and any additional charges for special delivery.
NEW CLAIMS HANDLING
Please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. Freight companies will no longer pay for any claims made past 10 days from the date of shipment! Any damage found after this 10 day period will be the customers responsibility. You must keep all the shipping boxes, packing material and the damaged items for the carrier to inspect before any reimbursement or credit will be made to your account.
RETURNS
Maui Tropical Soaps offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of our products we will exchange them or provide a refund to the customer after receiving the merchandise in question at our business address in Maui. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. In the event the Maui Tropical Soaps has made an error and delivered the wrong product or a product that is deemed defective by Maui Tropical Soaps’ standards, Maui Tropical Soaps will pay for the return shipping charges.
CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS
Maui Tropical Soaps may be closed in recognition of many major holidays. Please note that we will be closed for the following holidays each year:
December 24th to January 2nd.
