Customer service is very important to us and we do everything within our means to make sure that each customer feels like our only customer. Hopefully we get it right most of the time, but sometimes we drop the ball, so if we need to fix something please let us know. We spend our days either up to our elbows in soap or we’re packing and shipping orders. Since we're a relatively small company it can be difficult to grab the phone every time it rings, so email is usually the most effective way to reach us.
